"I have known Vic for decades, initially as principal at Kelly's Real Estate in Newtown. Indeed, his father had dealings with my father. Rivers run deep.

Around 5 years ago, I had to make a hard decision on a long held property in Newtown which Vic's agency had managed for around 50 years. It was fully rented but long past its use-by date. The question was to renovate or detonate. As you can imagine, the decision would have implications for the next 50 years.
