Property presentation for your property is one of the biggest factors to drive up competition from the buyers and to in turn drive up the sale price of your property. Internally a fresh coat of paint and new carpet can really help bring a new vibrant atmosphere to the home. It is important to not only have the property looking its best for the photographs but also for the open for inspection. We take great care in working with our photographers to get the best shots which are to be used throughout your whole campaign. We have put together minimum standards which should be considered when getting your property ready to be sold!
Kitchen
- Tidy kitchen and remove all items from bench tops
- Remove dish rack and tea towels
- Remove all fridge magnets
- Remove any items from the window ledge
- Remove rubbish to outside
- Remove pet bowls, litter trays and floor mats
Bedrooms
- Make beds
- Turn on lamps
- Clear all items off bedside tables
- Remove items off the floor
- Make sure clothing has been put away
Living
- Remove all unnecessary furniture and clutter to create an impression of space
- Turn on lamps and ensure they are working
- Remove any clutter from tables, side tables & benches
- Ensure areas are wiped down
- Ensure all curtains are hooked up properly and open
Bathrooms
- Remove all bottles and other hanging items from the shower out of sight
- Clean the shower screens, basins and mirrors
- Put only matching towels in the bathroom
- Remove all items except for decorative bottle from the basin
- Remove waste and linen baskets
- Light candles if present
Entertaining
- Clear off out door settings
- Add wine glasses, a bottle of wine or champagne
- Light candles if present
- If you have a pool make sure it is sparkling clean
